Thank you for shopping with Scent Adventures. Because our products are handmade personal care items, we maintain the following refund policy to protect product integrity, customer safety, and sanitation standards.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of soaps, body products, and skincare items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped or delivered.

This policy applies to:

  • Opened products
  • Unopened products
  • Gifted items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your order is missing items
  • The product arrived defective or unusable

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery at scent-adventures@outlook.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the refund request.

Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Scent Adventures.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Are submitted outside the required timeframe
  • Show evidence of excessive product use
  • Involve normal variations in handmade products
  • Are based on personal scent, texture, or color preferences

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our soaps and body products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color, design, shape, weight, and scent intensity are normal and are not considered defects.

Allergy & Ingredient Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient listings prior to purchase. Scent Adventures is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as 'Delivered,' or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information before completing their purchase. Customers who are outside our local delivery area of 50 mile radius of Labelle, FL will have shipping options available at checkout."

Chargebacks

By purchasing from Scent Adventues, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting order, shipping, and communication documentation.
